TEAM DIGNITAS AND TEAM RAZER

UNITE ONCE AGAIN

FOR SERIOUS TOURNEY DESTRUCTION

Team Dignitas joins Team Razer to bring competitive e-Sports to greater heights

Carlsbad, Calif. – March 27th, 2011 – Razer, one of the world’s pioneering supporters of e-Sports and Team Dignitas, the pride of Great Britain Gaming and long-time supporter of Razer weaponry are proud to announce an exciting partnership.  Team Dignitas is back for blood, realigning their objectives to strive for absolute victory.  Razer recognizes Team Dignitas’ ferocious determination and is prepared to provide the tools for tournament immortality.

“We’re really excited to welcome the pro-gamers of British gaming powerhouse Team Dignitas, back into the folds of Team Razer,” said Robert “RazerGuy” Krakoff, President Razer USA.  “Europe is an intense hotbed for professional gaming and as such, we believe that Team Dignitas, with our support, can propel to greater heights and blaze a trail of victory not just in Europe but anywhere in the world.”

“All our players are long-time avid users of Razer peripherals,” said Michael “ODEE” O’Dell, Managing Director Team Dignitas.  “With Razer on our side now, we’re eager to get out there and take the e-Sports world by storm.”

“It’s an honor to fight under the banner of Razer,” said Jeffrey “Sjow” Brusi, StarCraft II Champion of the Intel Extreme Masters Europe, 2011.  “We are dedicated to winning as Razer is on improving the quality of e-Sports worldwide.  It’s the perfect partnership.”

Team Dignitas began as an exclusive Battlefield 1942 specialist group back in 2003 storming the deserts of Tobruk bravely and effectively defending positions at Kharkov.  A year later, in 2004, they saw immense growth into a limited (Ltd) multi-gaming organization with several highly skilled teams added to its line-up.  Team Dignitas prides itself on a vast roster of venerable pro-gamers who use Razer peripherals and is focused on the different competitive games available today.

Jeffrey “Sjow” Brusi recently won the Intel Extreme Masters European Championship for Starcraft II earning a cool USD$7500 and the title of “Best Starcraft II player in all of Europe”.  Team Dignitas also has a valiant Team Fortress 2 group that regained their championship title at the Assembly LAN tournament in Finland.  The Team most recently announced the formation of a League of Legends team revved to destroy events throughout the year.

With a formidable alliance forged between Team Dignitas and Razer, the time has come for Europe to experience a new competitive gaming superpower.
